Pricing questions

What counts as a technician seat?

A technician is any user who logs in to the Kovira dashboard. End users, CI contacts, and people listed as configuration items do not count towards your seat limit. Only active accounts that can sign in are counted.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade, but you may lose access to features above your new plan's limits until you reduce usage.

Is VECTOR network scanning really included in the free tier?

Yes. VECTOR scanning and ATLAS endpoint agents are included in every plan, including the free tier. The only limits on the free tier are the number of configuration items (50), agent count (50), and workflow execution rate (2 per hour). The scanning and agent functionality itself is identical across all plans.

How does per-technician billing work for MSPs?

The MSP plan charges per technician, not per client workspace. You can create as many tenant workspaces as you need for your clients at no additional cost. A single technician seat lets that person access any workspace they have been granted permission to.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing with a discount will be available at launch. Register your interest to be notified when pricing is finalised.

What happens if I hit a plan limit?

You will receive a warning as you approach your limits. If you reach the maximum number of CIs or agents, you will not be able to create new ones until you upgrade or remove existing records. Existing data is never deleted or locked, and read access is always maintained.
